Shopping Online with What Comes Around Goes Around is safe and easy. We want you to love the items that you purchase.If you are not happy for any reason at all, we will glady accept a return of your purchase as long as you follow the simple rules and steps that are outlined below.
Vintage Merchandise
Vintage items must be returned within 2 days of receipt and are only eligible for store credit.
The items must be returned in the same condition as we sent them with the tags still attached. This includes no odors such as smoke or perfume, no alterations of any kind and no split seams. We photograph and document all vintage items that we ship out (at the time of packing) in order to make sure that any returns come back to us in the same condition that we sent them out in. Shipping is non-refundable.

WCAGA Collection Merchandise
WCAGA Collection items must be returned within 7 Days of receipt. The items must be returned in 'new' condition and cannot be laundered or altered in any way.
If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color, please email us for instructions. Shipping is non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Guidelines
SALE & VINTAGE items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY at shopWCAGA.com. (Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.)
A shipping fee of $7 will be charged for all exchanges.
If you return an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping fee of $7* will be deducted from your refund.
If you return item(s) on a multiple item order and the balance of the order no longer qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping fee of $7* will be deducted from your refund.
* ($12 for orders that shipped to Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, & Hawaii)

Return Instructions
1.) Email us at returns@shopWCAGA.com for instructions within the time frame listed above.
2.) All items must be in the same condition that they were sent out in.
3.) Fill out Return & Exchange Form available here (pdf document).

4.) When we receive the item, we will issue your refund. Please allow 2 business days for us to process the return. We encourage you to send the item back via UPS or some other insured, traceable means as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us and we sign for it.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased on our website may not be exchanged or returned at our Soho boutique.
